iLEAD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL’S MESSAGE

A Message from iLEAD International School

Message from the Principal

Dear visitors,

Welcome to iLEAD International School. Thank you for your interest in our school and for taking the time to visit our website.

iLEAD International School is delighted to be implementing the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) at pre-school and primary levels which are world renowned curricula, currently used by 1800 schools in over 90 countries. We run Maths, English and Science programs which follow the British National Curriculum and we try to incorporate and encourage the use of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) throughout our school.

Our team consists of both Khmer and international, experienced staff. All members of our working group are fully qualified and dedicated to work for educating Cambodia’s future leaders. All our carefully recruited teachers have native English speaking ability and international experience in education combined with a passion for improving education in Cambodia. Our TAs and admin staff plays an important role in implementing the curriculum and ensuring that all students are safe, healthy, happy to learn and gain understanding from both international and Khmer perspectives.

I have full confidence that our blended curriculum, our dedicated team and our safe and inspiring learning environment will bring out the best development of your children and equip them with the knowledge, skills and understanding needed for success in the 21st century.

iLEAD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL’S SOCIAL IMPACT

What makes our school different from every other international school in Phnom Penh is the fact that we are NON-PROFIT. Our school is a social enterprise school. By enrolling your child at iLEAD, you will be directly helping disadvantaged children in Cambodia have access to education.

In Cambodia only 20% of 3-5 year old Cambodian children have access to early childhood care and education (ECCE). ECCE is essential for children’s development into adults who are healthy, socially and environmentally responsible, intellectually competent and economically productive. The Cambodian government aim to extend ECCE to 38% of children in 2018.

iLEAD International School is working in partnership with Aide et Action Cambodia to support their Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) project that will benefit these members of the wider Cambodian community.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to come to visit us at your earliest convenience to see our campus and facilities, meet our teachers and staff and to find out more about our school, our social impact and all of our current promotions.

We look forward to welcoming you to the iLEAD community and hope you will come to visit us soon.

Yours Sincerely,

Niamh Mc Loughlin
